I stayed at your hotel September 11, 2001. You were not even officially open yet. I was stranded in Germany with my two children, tring to get back to Italy. You opened your doors for us, allowed me to use your internet and let me give my mother, back in the states, one of your cell phone numbers so she could call me since your phone system was not yet intalled. The following morning your staff had breakfast for us, as well as other service members stranded in the area.

I can not thank you enough for your hospitality, kindness, and concern during our stay.
